1. How long does production take?

We require 3-5 business days to craft and personalize your order to perfection.


2. What is the shipping time?

  • For the USA:
    • Standard Shipping: 6-12 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days.
  • For International Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 4-7 business days.
  • For remote areas (e.g. Alaska, islands, and military zones): Shipping times are equivalent to international shipping.

3. Can I preview my personalized order before production?

Yes, we provide a digital mockup for most personalized items. If you’d like to request a preview, please contact our team when placing your order.


4. What materials do you use for your products?

We prioritize high-quality materials:

  • For clothing, we use soft, durable fabrics.
  • Jewelry is crafted from stainless steel, sterling silver, or gold-plated options.
  • Home decor items are made using eco-friendly, premium-grade materials for long-lasting use.

5. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, we start production and cannot make changes.


6. Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses. However, shipping times will align with our international shipping timelines.


7. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! We provide premium gift wrapping and customizable message cards to make your gift even more special. Simply select this option during checkout.


8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re committed to your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or has errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll gladly resolve it with a replacement or refund.


9. How do I care for my personalized products?

  • Clothing: Wash in cold water, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Jewelry: Store in a dry place and avoid exposure to chemicals.
  • Home Decor: Wipe clean with a damp cloth; avoid soaking in water.
