Frame came in a very secure package. If you did have any damage they do allow you to take a picture so you’re able to get a refund. Easy to assemble. I didn’t use the screws that it came with. I use monkey screws because it gives it a good angle to hold up for me. Also, the lighting on the frame is remarkable. It comes with a remote but I have a little issue with it because it’s not changing the lights when I press the buttons. So I just use the app you can download. Now let’s talk about the engraving on the frame OMG!!!! It is wonderful no scratches comes with a plastic screen protector on the frame for shipping. I give this a 10/10

I read so many bad reviews about this item, but so far mines is working fine, I hope it stays this way because of it being customized you cannot return nor get a refund
